TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.- COMPANY ORGANIZER OF THE PROMOTION
The company CLEMENT HOTELES SL located at Avenida General, 43 – 28042 Madrid identified with the number CIF B-84183599, is organizing the “ChampionsLeague” Weekend (from this point forward referred to as “the Promotion”) at an international level,
The objective of this raffle is to reward a Liverpool or Tottenham supporter with an opportunity to win a weekend stay for the championsleague final, 2 nights at Hotel Tach Madrid Airport or Clement Barajas Hotel for 4 people in a Quadruple Room.
2.-START AND END DATE
The Promotion will start May 17th 2019 at 3:00pm and will end on May 24th 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
3.- REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND INNER WORKINGS OF THE PROMOTION
The requirements for participation are the following:
– The participant can live in any part of the world, as long as they meet the legal age requirements established by law.
– The participant must follow Twitter or Facebook hotel page and share “The Promotion” in a original way.
– The users should include 2 hashtag (#CLEMENTHOTEL #TACHHOTEL).
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
There will be two (2) special prizes, one for each hotel. The Marketing Department will choose the winner out of the participants based on the originality, the uniquenes of sharing our promotion.

– PRIZE HOTEL CLEMENT BARAJAS: 2 nights at the hotel, bed and breakfast for up to 4 people in Quadruple Room at Clement Barajas Hotel. Must be redeemed only from 31st May to 2nd June 2019.
– PRIZE HOTEL TACH MADRID AIRPORT: 2 nights at the hotel, bed and breakfast for up to 4 people in Quadruple Room at tach Madrid Airport Hotel. Must be redeemed only from 31st May to 2nd June 2019
The 2 most original Facebook or Twitther sharings in accordance with the taste of Clementhoteles will be awarded the special prize.
The prize cannot be exchanged for money or any other prize, nor can it be changed or altered. The hotel will need the winner to send an email with his/her personal data and a Passport copy of every guest in the room to confirm the prize.
The celebration of the contest, as well as the handing out of the prize are subject to the current fiscal regulations.
5.- DISCUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is proven that any of the Participants do not fulfil the specified requirements explained in the pre stipulated Terms & Conditions, or the information provided in order to participate isn´t valid, participation will be null and voided and will be automatically excluded from the Promotion losing all claim to the awarded prizes included in the Promotion.
If any fraudulent activity is detected, the winner will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to the next choosen winner.
6.-EXONERATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Including but not limited to: we can not be held accountable for the possible loss, theft, delay, or any other applicable circumstance affecting third parties during development of said Promotion, nor can we be held accountable for the use of the prize from the Promotion by the Participant.
We can not be held responsible in the case of force majeure or an act of nature that the carrying out of the Promotion or the full or partial enjoyment of its prize could impose.
7.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the established General Data Protection Regulation, each participant in agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set forth consents to his personal data being incorporated in a file, in order to manage the contest, as well as spread and publicize the results, and carry out the handing out of the prize.
We acknowledge that you are able to exercise your rights to Access, Rectify, Supress, Oppose, Limit the treatment of, Portability, Oversight and to not be objected to automated individual decisions by sending an email to info@clementhoteles.com or a letter addressed to: Avenida General, 43 28042 Madrid, attaching in both cases a copy of a form of identification.
8.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or amplify the promotional bases, in a way that does not malign or diminish the rights of the Participants of the Promotion.
The mere act of participating in the contest implies that the Participant completely accepts the Terms & Conditions of this document.
9.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions will be enforced according to the current state law. The Judges and Tribunals of the city of Madrid will be responsible for resolving any complaint or controversy that could arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, or carrying out of these Terms & Conditions.
